Communications / Trainer / Facilitator

Shelby bartsch

Shelby is passionate about people. Whether it’s teaching, listening or sharing stories, for her, it’s all about what we can learn from each other. Her training style emphasizes individuals’ skills and talents and she believes that each problem has a solution if you are creative enough.

Shelby started by doing freelance marketing for local businesses which led to a passion for public speaking and ultimately, social justice work.

Before Shelby made the leap to follow in the family facilitator's footsteps, working as a facilitator and doing marketing for CMHA, she found a passion for visual storytelling while solo backpacking around the world. Shelby now focuses her creativity on website design, marketing and training creation and delivery for our team.
